The Problem

Every verification starts from zero.

The same person submits the same documents to the payout platform, the on-ramp partner, the off-ramp partner, and the receiving bank. Each one runs the full stack independently: upload, OCR, liveness, manual review.

Days, not minutes. Paid per attempt. Drop-off at every repeat. And nothing carries over to the next partner, or to the next time.

The same person. Four verifications. Nothing reused.

And the method itself is breaking

Four problems that repetition does not solve.

01

It can be forged

Generative tools now produce passport images and liveness video that clear the same checks a real customer would. The stack was built to catch bad photos, not perfect fakes.

02

It creates a honeypot

Every verified customer leaves a stored passport scan and selfie behind. That file is valuable precisely because it was collected, and it sits at every partner that ran the check.

03

It is a guess

OCR and liveness return a confidence score. Every threshold trades false accepts against false rejects, so the institution is choosing which mistake to make.

04

It goes stale silently

A document is true on the day it is read. When it expires, is revoked, or the person's details change, nothing tells the institution its file has decayed.
